BMW F1x – The modern 5 Series generation with dynamics and comfort

The BMW F1x series refers to the sixth generation of the 5 Series, produced from 2010 to 2017. Under the internal codes F10 (sedan), F11 (touring), and F07 (gran turismo), BMW launched a completely modernized vehicle that combines sporty design with high-quality technology and a high level of comfort.

The F1x models are characterized by a balanced approach to luxury, efficiency, and driving dynamics—typical BMW virtues. Engine options range from the economical 518d to the powerful M550d xDrive or the BMW M5 F10 with a twin-turbo V8 producing over 560 hp.

Technically, the F1x series represented a major leap forward: modern driver assistance systems, the latest generation of iDrive, adaptive suspension, and, for the first time, electronic power steering as standard. xDrive all-wheel drive was also available in many variants.
