BMW E24 – The first 6 Series and a classic with character

The BMW E24 is the first generation of the legendary 6 Series and was built from 1976 to 1989. With its long hood, flat front, and characteristic shark nose, the E24 remains one of the most iconic BMW coupes ever.

Under the hood, a fittingly worthy inline six-cylinder engine worked – from the 628 CSi to the sporty M635CSi (Europe) or M6 (USA), which carried the legendary M88 engine from the M1. With up to 286 hp, the E24 was ahead of its time – not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of design and driving feel.

The E24 combines classic BMW driving dynamics with stylish Gran Turismo flair – a true collector's item and cult vehicle with high recognition value.
