A difference of up to 50°C in the peak over the measurement range can be seen here. However, if holes are drilled in the backing plate or it is removed, maximum performance is achieved with a delta of up to 200°C.
The geometry of the components is designed to fit most wishbones and can be installed plug-and-play with cable ties without a lift or removing the wheels. For some vehicles, minor adjustments to the cooling ducts may be necessary. The inlets are designed to be flat so that they do not represent the lowest point of the vehicle and redirect the airflow under the vehicle precisely to the center of the rotating wheel.
The components are made of PA12 plastic and already contain slots for fastening. The continuous tapering between the inlet and the outlet leads to an acceleration of the airflow at a constant volume and thus to a targeted outflow of air.
