The stahlbus® bleed valve consists of two parts with a check valve function. When bleeding and filling, only the upper part of the valve, which has an integrated O-ring seal, is loosened. This prevents air or brake/hydraulic fluid from entering through the open thread.
Furthermore, the check valve eliminates the otherwise error-prone synchronous opening and closing. When the pressure drops, the stahlbus® bleed valve closes automatically until the next pumping operation.
Thus, the entire bleeding process is completed in just a few minutes. All by yourself, without assistance. Stubborn air bubbles are carried along by the volume flow and flushed out of the system.
The stahlbus® bleed valve has been thoroughly tested by the TÜV Rheinland Group, with excellent results. Because brake fluid is just as crucial for the braking process as brake pads and brake discs! The most expensive and modern braking system makes no sense if there is air in the system.
