O-ring seal pressure holding valve suitable for S50 S54 engine BMW

Heat and oil resistant sealing ring for the oil pressure holding valve (BMW part number 11111318185) of the BMW E46 M3, Z3 M and Z4M (S54), E36 M3 and Z3 M (S50) and Wiesmann MF3.

Ideal for repairing engine block leaks caused by the oil pressure relief valve. High temperatures at the installation location cause original sealing rings to become porous and brittle over time, leading to leaks. If oil collects underneath the vehicle at the connection between the engine and the transmission, the cause is often the hardened sealing ring of the relief valve.

This is a brand-new, original equipment manufacturer-quality replacement part. It's the perfect alternative to save yourself the expense of purchasing a new oil pressure relief valve.

To replace the seal, simply disassemble the oil pressure relief valve on the engine block using a flathead screwdriver. The old seal can then be removed and the new one installed.
