Description

Clutch kit for a BMW E46 M3 or E8x Z4m with S54 engine. Organic or sintered spring-loaded, incl. single-mass flywheel.

Suitable for the following models:

  • BMW E46 M3
  • BMW Z4 M

 

Flywheel features:

  • Weight 5.5 kg
  • New starter ring gear
  • Finely balanced
  • "Plug and play" replacement
  • Chrome-molybdenum steel (16MnCr5)
  • Made in Germany

 

Clutch kit features:

  • Max. transmissible engine torque: 550 Nm (organic) or 750 Nm (sintered) (SACHS PERFORMANCE)
  • Torsion-sprung disc with organic linings or friction disc sprung with 8 sintered pads 
  • Includes bolt kit in 12.9 for crankshaft and clutch
  • Release bearing from Sachs

 

Gear noise may occur when converting to a single-mass flywheel.

For SMG vehicles, we recommend using the organic friction disc. Please note that the single-mass flywheel can still lead to rougher shifting. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
