The S55 turbo engine from the  BMW M2C, M3 and M4 F8x uses plastic charge pipes on both the hot and cold sides. These pipes are a huge weak point on any tuned car, and in some cases even on stock ones. The OE plastic pipes burst, causing boost leaks.

With our performance charge pipes, we offer a solution to the problem while optimizing airflow!

To obtain an accurate 3D model of the available space for the design of our charge pipes, we performed a detailed 3D scan of our M3 Competition engine bay. Using this 3D scan model, we were able to design new 2.25″ (57 mm) charge pipes with smooth routing.
It is challenging to fit pipes as large as 2.25″ (57 mm) as there is not much space between the engine cover and the valve cover. Many aftermarket charge pipes make it impossible to properly snap the rubber grommets of the engine cover onto their locking pins. We solved this problem with our design of this pipe and by including longer OE-style locking pipes for the engine cover.
We chose not to include methanol injector ports on our charge pipes, as we believe it is better to have them after the intercooler. Our intercooler throttle body (J-pipe) has 2 methanol injector ports.

Our final design is an all-aluminum construction with mandrel-bent pipes and CNC-machined turbo flanges. We also include more durable silicone hoses that connect our pipes to the intercooler inlet flanges. For a cool, subtle look, matte black hose clamps are included.
