Note: This display comes with a manufacturer-specific connection cable. This means the OBD port remains free, and even faster query speeds and more values can be provided compared to OBD solutions. CANchecked displays work for a variety of vehicles and engines with OBD 2. If your engine type does not work or does not show correct values, then your vehicle protocol has not yet been implemented in the display. What is CANchecked? CANchecked displays, gauges, software, and sensors allow for the visual representation of important engine data, such as oil temperature, boost pressure, lambda, exhaust gas temperature, etc. This can be done either via CAN bus (depending on the ECU values) or via additional analog sensors.

- CANchecked can display up to ten pages and has access to up to 64 of your vehicle's sensors. Use the touchscreen to navigate between pages and select which sensor you want to display. Need more customization? You can personalize your views by individually customizing the graphics, sensors, and widgets using the included DSS software. We have already loaded some examples onto your CANchecked display to help you get started.

The display can be individually configured via the website. The dbc converter for the CAN bus protocol and the online configurator for the widgets, which can also be adjusted via the touch display.
The temperature range of the display is -10°C to 70°C.
12V is required for power supply, 5V or 24V are optionally possible.
FAQ
Will the display get hot in the ventilation duct?
No. The screens are always protected from heat flowing through the vents.
Does the ventilation nozzle also work with the display installed?
Yes, it does. We are constantly developing ventilation solutions where the airflow continues to bypass the display through special tunnels.
Can I change the appearance of the display, units, and scales?
Yes! With the different widget packs and the option to upload your own graphics, you can completely customize your display.
Can I use analog inputs?
Yes, there are 4 analog inputs. This allows you to read pressures, temperatures, etc. We can also put together complete packages for what you need!
Which ECU data can CANchecked access?
By default, we supply a pre-made TRI file with your display. All sensors that are queried are defined here, e.g.:
- Temperatures: Exhaust gas temperature, engine water temperature, oil temperature, intake air temperature, outside temperature, fuel temperature, DSG oil temperature
- Pressures: Boost pressure, ambient pressure, fuel pressure, pre-delivery pump pressure
- Lambda / Mixture: Lambda value, injection timing, short-term lambda control, long-term lambda control
- Miscellaneous: RPM, air mass (g/s), vehicle speed, throttle angle, total ignition timing, ignition timing reduction per cylinder, N75 pulse rate in %, voltage at terminal 30, oil level, torque, transmission…
- If values are missing, they can be easily added.
Can I adapt the graphic appearance of the boost pressure display to my vehicle?
You can use the CANchecked Display Setup Software to upload your own graphics. They must have the following format:
- Image type: 24bit BMP file (R8 G8 B8)
- Sizes: Background: 320 pixels X 240 pixels, Boost pressure display: 240 pixels X 240 pixels, Speedometer: 160 pixels X 160 pixels
