do88 Performance Intercooler – ICM-350-S – Product Description

do88 Performance Intercooler – a high-performance intercooler for BMW models with N54/N55 engines (e.g., 135i, 335i). This intercooler was specifically designed for easy installation in your BMW and serves as an upgrade to the standard intercooler.

Key features & benefits:

  • Larger core volume: approx. 15,517 cm³ vs. 6,933 cm³ of the OEM part – about 124% more air volume .

  • Larger frontal cooling surface: 1,151 cm² vs. 658 cm² – approx. 75% larger surface area for better heat dissipation.

  • Increased airflow: approx. 498 CFM compared to 354 CFM at the same pressure difference – around 41% higher airflow .

  • Performance increase: Up to approximately 13 hp more power under optimized conditions (e.g. Stage 1 tuning).
  • Lower intake air temperatures: approximately 15 °C cooler behind the intercooler compared to the standard solution under the same conditions.

  • High-quality construction: Made entirely of aluminium with continuous welds for high reliability and durability.

  • Redesigned connections: Conventional Ø3″ (76 mm) hose connections , plus reinforced silicone hoses and a mandrel-bent aluminum J-pipe to improve flow and reliability.

  • An additional plastic air deflector is included to optimally direct the airflow over the core.
