The BMW E38 is the third generation of the 7 Series, produced from 1994 to 2001. The E38 was the first production BMW to offer a built-in navigation system and came with high-end options like TV screens, integrated phone, power rear seats, and even a refrigerator in the rear compartment.

Engine choices ranged from inline-6 to powerful V12 engines, with the top-of-the-line 750iL featuring a 5.4L V12. It was also the first 7 Series to offer diesel variants, marking a new direction for BMW’s luxury lineup.
