The S55 turbo engine uses a water-cooled intercooler instead of an air-cooled one. The stock kit features an aluminum tubular core and plastic end tanks, which crack and leak coolant under high power. This do88 big pack contains:

- Intercooler, pipes from the turbo to the intercooler and pipe from the intercooler to the throttle valve (J-pipe)
- Large front-mounted intercooler system cooler and small side-mounted intercooler system cooler
- Extensive 3D scanning, 3D modeling and CFD simulations for optimal performance and durability
- Bar and plate construction with 3D-formed end tanks, TIG-welded, 85% larger core volume, 16% better flow and 9°C lower intake air temperature than the OEM unit
- Intercooler with larger core area, increased core thickness and carefully matched cores
- Intercooler piping that increases durability and improves airflow
